Pick & Mix

“Because we have so much eye candy & mind candy, spending so much time trying to pay the rent, all of this conspires to keep us from thinking too hard or taking action from that”

Our time is stolen.

So much of our daily life is stolen.

Beauty

You will notice that one of your personalities is seduced by the illusions of grandeur – the gold ring with a regal insignia, an attractive implication towards grandeur and wealth, the subtle suggestion that cigars are indeed your royal and loyal friends, and that, my friend, is a lie.

Oh, beauty is a beguiling call to death and i’m addicted to the sweet pitch of its siren.

That that starts sweet ends bitter, and that which starts bitter ends sweet.

That is why you and i love it. now please, pass me a light.

Sunset & Romance

Dear Love,

I am writing to you to let you know that my passion of romance is shared by those who are willing to compose conversations with honesty, loyalty and trust. Such honesty is being able to be true to oneself, to win such loyalty is to trust oneself with such honesty.

A relationship (I believe) should be based on good conversations. To be nurtured in the manner that one has to harmonise listening, sharing, growing and accepting. “Listening” is not simply for the sake of pleasing, “sharing” is to appreciate the gestures with love and respect. “Growing” is to be able to accept each other flaws. And “accepting” is to agree to the extent of being able to share such conversation with honesty, loyalty and trust.

Love,

’till there was you, we are going to stay awhile;
so the fire breathes, it weaves its spell;
but then, love runs out of lies to tell;
for love is restless, love’s a flirt;
love has places to go, people to hurt;
so here is the shovel to smother the flame;
tomorrow .. you will barely remember my name.

Yours truly
M. Ezzad Emir
